Requirements

Existing myVisana customers can use the myVisana portal within the app. Alternatively, you can register via the app. A valid email address and mobile phone number are required for login. The other Visana services within the Visana app are accessible to both customers and non-customers. The Visana app is free.

Your data is safe with us

Data protection is a top priority. Therefore, myVisana is protected by a multi-level security infrastructure. However, Visana recommends protecting your smartphone with a PIN code to prevent unauthorized access. Note that you should never share your data with others.
